Unfortunately, we do not accept/have a refund / cancellation policy. Refunds will only be issued if I personally cannot do a specific nail design, charm bracelets or waist beads due to low stock of polish, foils, beads, charms and other accessories. Once your order has been placed, processing will begin immediately.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please consult with USPS or FedEx on that matter.
